Magistrates courts.

Visit to Magistrates Courts When we visited Sutton Coldfield Magistrates Courts. We saw a number of fibres (mainly theft cases). The stave were real friendly and showed us all around the claver up of justices. Firstly they showed us into the 2 main court of lawyards, court 1 & 2. there we saw where the Magistrates sit at the venture of the room to where the state-supported gallery is, and then in front of them is where the Court clerk and the Usher sit. That is the same in both courts. In court 1, defendants in custody argon brought up from the holding cells and atomic number 18 seated on the go forth of the court non handcuffed to the guards. The Probation Officer sits behind them when called.
